YOUNG PEOPLE GENERALLY DON'T PAY ENOUGH ATTENTION TO THEIR HEALD AND FITNESS.

Young people generally don't pay enough attention to their health. Being healthy seem to be a problem for many youngsters because nowadays lifestyle is faster than some years ago. I think that young people should take care their health for a good way of living.

Lifestyle, nowadays, is faster and easy. Youngsters don't cook for themselves, instead cooking a healthy food, they call for the delivery and always eat fast foods. However, there are people who eat healty. but the food they eat don't have all the proteins needed. 

However, is difficult to have a healty lifestyle because, young people have to deal with less time for activities which keep them fit. and they spend most of their time sit in front of the computer. Also, in their free time, thay watch television or they hang around with friends.

To sum up, having a healthy lifestyle is easier that we think. There are many ways on keeping fit, also there are many information available to read and learn how our life can change if we have a healthy diet.

OUR COLLEGE MONEY

>>INTRUDUCTION

The aim of this report is to discuss if the money, which will be for improve our neighbourhood, should be spend on security or paving of our streets.

>>The Streets
Some streets have been paved years ago, but many of them have not been paved. The no paved streets are in such a terrible condition, that cars can't transit on many of them. When rains, all the water stays there, and nobody can cross  theose streets. Furthermore, if the money is spend in the streets, our neighbourhood will be more beautiful that today.

>>Security
Security is extremely important in our neighbourhood due to all the crime. If the money is spent in this, it would reduce the number of steals in streets. Car drivers would respect stop signals, and everybody will feel under protection.

>>Recommendation
I suggest spending the money on security for the neighbourhood, because is important for citizens to live in peace and safe.

A STORY

 MY BEST FRIEND

I will always remember that day as one of the happiest days of my life. It was summer. I was playing in the church when I saw him. I never thought that he would became part of life.

I was always a lonely boy. I never had a best friends, just friends, but not as important as him. In the local church we were having a Christmas's dinner and I was playing the keyboard with the group. then I realize that there was a new boy in the church, so I thought, "I must talk to him", but I was so shy that I couldn't, so I talk with the guitarrist and both went to talk to him.

When the dinner finished, we went outside and I saw him, and I only told him; "Hello". Then we started to talk more often and suddenly he became my best friend, my new brother. Since that day we never stop talking and laughing. It was the happiest day in my life because he has been with me in the happiest and darkest days of my life since that day. Now I can say that I know friendship and love. We share everything and we are always close to each other. That one meeting made it a day I will never forget.

Dreams of fame ?

Why people dream of being famous? most of us when we were kids we dreamed of being a celebrity and live in luxurious mansions, buy cars and travel around the world. But, is fame what would make us happy?

Although all treat you well, being famous does not mean you're happy, sometimes it can be tiring and stressful. You have a huge responsability, being famous. In adittion you are in the public eye all the time. On the other hand, being successfut but not as well-known is better, you can do whatever you want and be happy with you lifestyle.

Despite all the disvantages of being a successful person but not as well-known, I would chose living in that way. It's my belief that happines is not only in fame and money, the happines is in those little moments that you enjoy doing what you like most.

REPORT ON SPORTS ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

INTRODUCTION:

The aim of this report is to suggest a differents types of adventures sports to encourage young people to join the club. Also, this report is to show the benefits of these activities.

WHICH SPORTS?:

Our city is located in a valley rounded by high mountains and crossed by rivers and a huge dike and for young people would enjoy sports which take place in  these areas. Activities in the mountains could include, cycling, hiking and climbing. Also young people could do water sport in the dike like swimming, kayaking and diving.

BENEFITS TO YOUNGSTERS:
The benefits that young people will have doing these activities are the following; First youngsters would get fitter, next, doing these activities would benefit young people by making them more independent, and creating the team spirit.

CONCLUSION:

Young people would find these activities very interesting, fun, and healthy. I suggest organising these activities with the water-sport club and the mountaineering club. Also doing these activities will help them to grow physically and mentally.

I am 22 years old, and I am from Salta. I have just finished High School and actually I am in a Teacher Trainning at Franklin Institute, I have an advance level of English. I will be in summer's holiday, between December and March, so I won't have any problem.

Dear Caroline,

I've just recieved your letter and I think that the educational summer camp would be very interesting. I just have a single question, When should I be there? i'm asking you about this, becuase i'll be free by the 19th in December.

From my view I expect to learn music, as you know, Caroline, I was learning piano, but now, I want to learn more about music. Also it would be very interesting if we learn how to swim, I think it's important nowadays.

How much money do you think that I have to bring with me? 
I want to visit The Great Barrier Reef, I've never been in a reef, so that's why I want to visit it. And the photo that you sent me was awesome.

A Review

.:DANY'S RESTAURANT:.

Dany's restaurant in the new family restaurant located in the city centre on 720 Urquiza street. Dany's is open for lunch and dinner every day. There, you'll have an amazing experience of flavor and colour.

The place is wonderful. its style is like an antique house. When you enter at the restaurant, you'll feel like if your were in home. Waiters are friendly, well-looking, and they can make you choose the best dish. 

The manu is excellent. There are a great variety of tasty dishes to choose from, such as, roast chicken, grilled fish with chips, salads, pizzas, empanadas, steak and pasta, and best of all, is cheaper than other families restaurants, each dish cost about $35. 

If you want to have an amazing experience of flavor in your mouth, you have to visit Dany's restaurant. Is location is perfect, its service is wonderful. I think that i'm going to  go there every weekend to have other experiences in my mouth.

A Story

AN UNFORGETABLE TRIP

It was a trip i'll never forget. My brother, my friend and I, were travelling to Las Lajitas in Salta, we were very excited. We were invited to play with the band. It was the second time that we were going to make a performance there. We were very nervous because we had incorporated a new drumer. 

The first night we were very proud of ourselves, because we had done it well. The next day we went to visit some places, we saw lot of beautiful things and we were very happy. The second night, when we finished play, we went to eat in a restaurant. The food was delicious. 

When we went to sleep, I felt very bad, and the next day, I woke up very sick. I told my uncle about how i was feeling and he took me to the local hospital. they asked me to stay for observation . I haven't been in that kind of situation before. I was really scared due to all the needles, and all the wires. I stayed in the hospital about half day. Then I was watching visions! and I told my uncle that i didn't want to be in the hospital a minute more. And he took my to his house . I hadn't eaten in all the day, because everything I ate i throw it back. The third night we had to play again, my uncle had given me a cup of coffee, and that was all, thanks to the coffee, I could play and sing. Now a days i'm eating healthier than before, because i'm scared of being in that situation again.

  When I was a child, I went to a Music School in Salta, because I had a friend who used to go there, so he encouraged me to learn piano. I talked with my parents and they  sent me to learn music. Firstly, I didn't know nothing about music, but I decided to practice a lot and by the end of the year I had an exellent califfication. 

     I found I really liked it and soon I was playing small pieces of songs. Then, my father gifted me my first keyboard, and I couldn't stop practicing and playing it. I knew if a song was dificult, I would have to practice more. My first songs sounded horribles, and I used to cry because, even the fact that I knew that I had to put more effort in practicing, i didn't. But at least I was learning. And my mother always told me "Practice makes perfect" but I surrended.

      After ten year, I went to the local Church. And a friend of mine taught me some tips which were useful for playing piano and I found it very interesting again, and easier than ten years before. after that I started playing with the group in the Church and I can't stop playing now. I really enjoy going out and playing with the band. I love when other peoples enjoys the music we make. Also I love spending time with my friends.

      I think that this is my best hobby, playing for other, spending time with friend and travelling to different places. I'd recommend it as a hobby because you can meet other places and meet new people.

Hi Mario,

Thanks for you email. I'm so happy that you finally decided to visit me on Salta. I can't tell you if summer or spring is the best season of the year to visit it, because, for me, the whole year is perfect. 

If you want to meet people, you have chosen the  perfect place. Salta is one of the most visited places in Argentina, and all the year thousands of turists came here for diferent reasons. I suggest going to La Balcarce street, there you can meet lots of young people, and have fun.

Salta's weather is crazy, one day the sun burns and the next day is cold, but almost every day is hot so you should bring light clothes and . At night is a little bit cold, if you don't like cold weather you should bring a jacket too.

I'd love to join you. Remember that I'm studing so we can make plans for weekends, also you can stay at home those days, of course, if you want. Let me know when you're comming, I'll be waiting for you.

TUCAN

Tucans lives in the rainforest, this birds are natives from America. We can find them from Southern Mexico to Northern Argentina. Despite of that, some people have Tucans like a pet.

These birds have a small stomach, that's why they have to eat food who provides them water. They eat fruits, such as apple, bananas, pear, strawberries, carrots, algo vegetables, and small reptiles.They also like eating bread and mice.

Tucans are endangers because theirs habitat have been destroyed by humans. Also by their slow reproduccion cycle. They lay three or four eggs by year and due to climatic chang, those eggs hardly come to term. Worst of all, Tucans are captured and sold to people to keep as a pet.

There are many organization who works to protect them. They take care of some Tucans, they algo give speach for people to realize that we are killing that beautiful gift of God. Others organization are avoiding huntings so people don't have them like pets. We have to leave then freealy, so we can see their beauty for many, many years.

-TIM BURTON-

     Tim Burton, is one of the most

famous directors in the world who impress us with his crazy ideas and exellent movies. He has produced lots of movies which show us imaginarys worlds, like in "Edward Scissorhand", "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and "Alice in Wonderland".

    Tim is tall and plum, his hair is a little bit crazy and he always wears sun glasses. He also had 

beard . When he is not working he wears black and confortable cothes, but when he is on the red carpet he always wears black suits. He wants to look just like his characters.

   His personatily is unique, he always talks pacefully and he is always kind and patient with all. At the time to produce a movie, his personality change to a rude man, he became very demanding with his actors because he want a perfec actuation and a perfec movie, just like his imagination. He is a complicated person whose character has many sides, but you'll see Tim always smiling.

   When he has free time, he enjoys reading horror books which teach him many things about darkness, he also loves going camping with his friend. When he is stressed he goes to a spa and relaxes there for many hours. He love music, he has lots of CD's in his house and he love playing it. 

   Tim Burton is a wonderful producer, and nobody can't deny it. All his movies are great and exellent, and i'm sure that we well see more works from this produccer.
